Milton joined “Strive for Success” to aid for youth development

The youth is the backbone of a society. Milton is proud to continuously support the  youth development programs. We have recently participated in the “Strive for Success” Tuen Mun District Self-enhancement Training Program and Award Scheme - Student Work Experience Program, which is jointly organized by the Tuen Mun District Youth Program Committee and Tuen Mun District Office.

The student work experience program aims to enable youngsters to gain hands-on experience of the working environment, and enhance their understanding of the workplace culture, job market and its practice. 

Four secondary school students from different backgrounds were appointed to our office and acted as an office assistant in administration & finance department for a 2 day program. The students positively 

engaged with the assigned tasks and felt a sense of achievement after the task finished. 

This valuable experience not only benefits for the students, but also inspired us from their thought and brought us so much joy and happiness. We wish them a bright and colorful future and dreams come true.
