New GS - test certificate for EUROFLEX® Impact Protection Slabs – for more outstanding safety and performance

EUROFLEX® Impact Protection Slabs are tested and certified by TÜV Süd for the GS Mark every five years. GS stands for “Geprüfte Sicherheit”, which in English stands for “safety-tested”. The certificate ensures consistency of the product’s quality, is a proof of safety and usability for our EUROFLEX® slabs thus ensuring maximum safety and reliability for children’s playgrounds.

As a result of these tests, we have optimized the composition of our formulation (in particular the abrasion behavior) for our standard EUROFLEX® Impact Protection Slabs to permanently guarantee the highest safety standards on playgrounds:
- The EUROFLEX Impact Protection Slab 80 mm has a new critical fall height of 2,30 m
- The EUROFLEX Impact Protection Slab 55 mm will no longer be offered and will be replaced by the EUROFLEX® Impact Protection Slab 60 mm with a critical fall height of 1,70 m

- The EUROFLEX® Sandwichsystem will no longer be offered and will be replaced by the EUROFLEX® Softsystem, a system which has proved itself extremely well on the market for years
